Martin Ozinga, Jr., 89, of Evergreen Park, died June 12. Mr. Ozinga is survived by his sons, Martin III and Kenneth Ozinga; his daughter, Beverly Ozinga; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held at the Colonial Chapel in Orland Park on June 17. A celebration memorial service will be held at the Ozinga Chapel on the campus of Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights on June 18.
Mr. Ozinga was a World War II veteran. He was a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps Aviation. He was a former president of 1st National Bank of Evergreen Park and of Ozinga Bros. Redi-Mix Concrete.
