Thomas L. Hoffman, 77, of Hickory Hills, died Nov. 3 at Holy Cross Hospital in Chicago. Visitation was held at Lack and Sons Funeral Home in Hickory Hills on Nov. 6. A funeral Mass was offered at St. Patricia Church in Hickory Hills on Nov. 7. Interment was held at Good Shepherd Cemetery in Orland Park.
Mr. Hoffman is survived by his wife, Colletta; his sons Chris and Patrick; his daughters, Rosemary Vavra, Dawn Wasilauskas, Karen Norville, Gail Bastas and Lisa Moore; 21 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Mr. Hoffman was born in Chicago. He was a carpenter. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War and was a member of United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America.
